After completing her training in the City Tracey Bridgwater worked in-house for a blue chip company specialising in commercial property work relating to an estate comprising public houses, hotels, restaurants and shops. She joined Tozers in 2005 to work for operators involved in the holiday and residential home parks industry and deals mainly with park sales and purchases but has experience in a full range of commercial property matters including leases, property development and investment acquisitions.
