Stephen Burtchaell is a commercial property solicitor with over 12 years' experience.  He deals with general commercial Landlord and Tenant work as well as development work and large scale acquisitions and disposals, including residential.  He has a particular specialism in housing associations and has previously worked in Taunton - where he has contacts - and Bristol.
