Peter Edwards came to the Westcountry after some years as a partner in a West End firm.  Since joining Tozers in 1989 he has concentrated on resolving disputes within the holiday and park home industry.  His experience encompasses the issues that confront most park owners from time to time such as breaches of the occupation agreement, contested pitch fee reviews and dealing with the local authority on site licence conditions and, in addition, the varied contract and negligence claims which arise out of the complex businesses that modern park operations have become.

Most significant case in 2007: the Court of Appeal's decision in the case of Warfield Park Homes Limited where the park owner's right to ask the Court to take in to account loss of profit from the introduction of the OFWAT and OFGEM regulations when fixing pitch fees was confirmed.
