Clair Hemming is a partner and has specialised in medical negligence claims since qualification in 2001.   Clair is a member of the Law Society’s Clinical Negligence Panel and handles all types of medical negligence claims.  Clair has extensive experience of acting for children in birth related injuries, including brachial plexus palsy and brain damage.   Clair also has a particular interest in claims involving spinal damage, fatal accidents, cardiology, defective cosmetic surgery and a delay in the diagnosis or treatment of cancer.  Clair acts for a large number of children and young adult claimants.
