Stephen Jennings read law at Cambridge and trained in the City of London before joining Tozers to develop his employment  and general litigation expertise.  He is a rising star in the team and advises on a wide range of employment issues, including contracts of employment, restructuring and redundancies, disciplinary and grievance procedures and all other employment-related matters.  Stephen has an active caseload of employment tribunal claims  and has presented various seminars on employment-related matters . He particularly enjoys helping employers to comply with their legal obligations before tribunal claims arrive.  Stephen's practice also encompasses a wide range of high value civil litigation matters. Stephen deals with most areas of litigation including general contract/commercial, building and property disputes as well as non-contentious contract drafting.

When not at work, Stephen is an enthusiastic traveller and especially loves absorbing foreign cultures and experiences. He is also a keen photographer, walker and cyclist.
