Stephen Jennings read law at Cambridge and trained in the City of London before joining Tozers to develop his employment and general litigation expertise. Stephen is head of the team at Tozers LLP that seeks compensation for those who have been mis-sold interest rate swap agreements (also known as 'hedging agreements'). Furthermore, Stephen advises on a wide range of employment issues, including contracts of employment, restructuring and redundancies, disciplinary and grievance procedures and all other employment-related matters. Stephen has an active caseload of employment tribunal claims and has presented various seminars on employment-related matters. He particularly enjoys helping employers to comply with their legal obligations before tribunal claims arrive. Stephen's practice also encompasses a wide range of high value civil litigation matters. Stephen deals with most areas of litigation including general contract/commercial, building and property disputes as well as non-contentious contract drafting.

When not at work, Stephen is an enthusiastic traveller and especially loves absorbing foreign cultures and experiences. He is also a keen photographer, walker and cyclist.
