Tracy Lambert joined Tozers in 1993 having qualified as a solicitor in 1989 and she is a partner and head of the family department. She deals with all aspects of matrimonial cases including high net worth clients, contact and residence disputes concerning children and co-habitation disputes. She is a member of the Law Society's Children Panel. As a qualified collaborative lawyer she is keen to build and develop this area of work. Tracy has a mixed matrimonial and children caseload.

Tracy is a member of Resolution and has also gained Resolution accredited specialist status. Her main areas of work are: matrimonial cases involving complex financial and property issues particularly those involving division of business assets and Pension issues, contact and residence disputes, divorce, pre-nuptial agreements, civil partnerships and adoption.

Tracy is also a qualified mediator and is keen to explore the best ways of dealing with cases in order to meet the client's needs whether through mediation, collaborative law or a more traditional approach.

Tracy has been recognised as an expert in her field for a number of years and is one of only three solicitors in Exeter listed in the Legal Experts 2011 for family law.
