Kirsty McLennan trained in London and then spent 4 years at a City firm specialising in commercial property litigation including business lease renewals, dilapidations claims, service charge disputes, tenant insolvency, possession claims and forfeiture, and boundary disputes.  Since joining Tozers in 2003, Kirsty has become an associate solicitor and now also specialises in helping owners of holiday and residential parks resolve disputes including permanent residence in holiday homes, possession claims, disputed pitch fee reviews, termination applications based on breach of agreement terms and all the additional types of dispute arising from the recent changes in law.
