Billie Richards has been with Tozers since 2001 and is the firm's Trust Officer managing trusts on behalf of a wide range of clients. She is also involved in the preparation of taxation returns. Outside of work, Billie plays netball for Exeter and District league and enjoys swimming, cycling and spending time with her family.
