Having graduated from The University of Exeter, Gráinne Staunton trained with Tozers before qualifying as a solicitor in 2008.

Gráinne specialises in the administration of complex estates, Wills and estate planning for wealth preservation and asset protection. Her particular area of expertise lies in succession planning for farmers and business owners.

Gráinne also undertakes Court of Protection work including the appointment of Deputies and Statutory Will applications. Gráinne regularly works alongside Tozers' litigation department in the establishment of Personal Injury Trusts to protect compensation received by successful litigants.

Outside of work, Gráinne was recently appointed the Chair of Exeter based charity 'The Friends of Southernhay House Surgery' where her efforts are currently focussed on fund raising and improving the charity's local profile.
