Joe Warren is a Solicitor in the housing litigation team and specialises in housing management and tenancy enforcement.  Joe acts for Housing Association clients on all aspects of housing management including possession actions, anti-social behaviour injunctions, ASBO's, demotion claims, drafting tenancies, producing policies and procedures for Housing Associations, disrepair claims and succession disputes.

As well as acting for and advising clients on all aspects of housing management, Joe also provides training to Housing Associations and is an accredited Mediator and Mediation Advocate. Joe joined Tozers in 2009 and has been representing and advising Social Landlords since 2005.

Joe is also experienced in claims for possession by private landlords, unlawful eviction claims, claims to the Leasehold Valuation Tribunal and homelessness appeals.
