Katie joined Tozers Family team in November 2009 having completed her law degree at the University of Plymouth. As part of that team she deals with all aspects of divorce and private law children proceedings including issues in relation to Contact, Residence and Parental Responsibility acting for parents and grandparents.

Katie also deals with child protection matters including attending child protection and legal meetings to support clients. Katie is also developing links with local support agencies with a particular interests in child protection and domestic violence issues. Katie has a warm personable approach which helps clients to feel comfortable in being able to discuss the very sensitive issues that they are facing.
