Amy joined Tozers in 2002 as a paralegal in the medical negligence department before qualifying as a solicitor into the commercial department in 2011. Amy focuses on company commercial work together with charities. She is involved in the corporate elements of refinancing of holiday parks, buying and selling of businesses and drafting commercial agreements. Amy has a particular interest in issues surrounding consumer credit and data protection.

On the charity side her current emphasis is on assisting schools that wish to convert to academy status or have already done so, education being of significance to her as a governor of a local primary school, together with the constitutional elements of charities and not for profit organisations.
