Simon Mansfield qualified into the clinical negligence department in 2011 after completing his training contract at Tozers. Prior to that he studied history at the University of East Anglia before undertaking the Graduate Diploma in Law again at the University of East Anglia and the Legal Practice Course at the University of Plymouth in 2009.
 
Simon handles a wide range of medical negligence cases but has developed an interest in birth injury claims, fatal accident claims, claims involving a delay in diagnosis or treatment of cancers and psychiatric injury cases.
 
Outside work Simon enjoys sailing, rock-climbing and generally anything which involves being outdoors.
