Stuart Bramley is a partner and has specialised in medical law and medical negligence claims having qualified in 1992. He has worked for both claimant and defendant firms and therefore has an invaluable insight into how the opponent thinks.  He handles a wide variety of claims with a particular interest in fatal accident cases and infection claims, including MRSA and Group B Strep.

Stuart has appeared as an advocate in over 200 coroners' inquests and is one of the most experienced inquest advocates in England and Wales.  He is a member of the pressure group "Inquest" which campaigns for change in coronial law.

Stuart is recognised as a leader in his field by Chambers UK 2013, which says of him: "Stuart Bramley is a member of the Law Society's clinical negligence panel. He tends to focus on fatal accident cases, birth claims, and MRSA and group B streptococcus infections."
