Matthew Jackson is a partner in the commercial department specialising in corporate, commercial, banking, financial services and investment funds.  He has 15 years' experience with several leading City law firms and was head of legal at Baring Asset Management in London.  He has also worked as a corporate/banking lawyer in Hong Kong and Australia.  He is an Oxford University graduate with a top first class honours degree in law and a BCL (Bachelor of Civil Law).
