Paul Kelly is a partner with wide experience in the civil courts and employment tribunals, particularly advising employers about senior employees and directors, about business restructuring and about complex claims concerning discrimination, the National Minimum Wage and working time. Paul is also a regular presenter at seminars.

The businesses Paul advises are both national and local, and include the firm's registered social landlord, parks and charities clients.

Within the firm, Paul has "hands on" experience of HR as head of the litigation department and the partner responsible for our own HR team.

On the outside, Paul is the Chair of Trustees at Headway Devon, a charity providing a variety of services for people with acquired brain injury across Devon.  Have a look at their website - http://www.headwaydevon.org.uk.
