Tracy Lambert joined Tozers in 1993 having qualified as a solicitor in 1989 and she is a partner and head of the family department.  She deals with all aspects of matrimonial cases including high net worth clients, same sex couples, contact and residence disputes concerning children and co-habitation disputes.  She is a member of the Law Society's Children Panel.  As a qualified collaborative lawyer she is keen to build and develop this new area of work.  She is currently acting for both private clients and a local authority.

Tracy is a member of Resolution and the Association of Lawyers for Children and her main areas of work are: care cases, contact and residence disputes, divorce, collaborative law, financial and property issues arising on separation, pre-nuptial agreements, civil partnerships and adoption. Tracy is also a qualified mediator.

Tracy has been recognised as an expert in her field for a number of years and is one of only three solicitors in Exeter listed in the Legal Experts 2011 for family law. In addition, The Legal 500 2010 comments: "Tracy Lambert, an expert in Children Act cases, heads the five-partner team at Tozers LLP."
