Simon Sanger-Anderson is an employment specialist with experience of advising in-house on management and HR issues. He has particular expertise in dealing with conduct and capability dismissals and handling disability adjustments and structured returns to work, as well as dealing with stress and depression absences against a background of pending disciplinary action.
He advises on the development and implementation of employment contracts, policies and systems, restructuring, collective bargaining and the employment law aspects of mergers and de-mergers. His wide experience in the Employment Tribunals has been acquired in employment related disputes with senior employees and directors.
