Tony Wood is a partner who joined Tozers in 2002.  He qualified as a solicitor in 1988 and since that time has specialised as a family practitioner dealing with all aspects of family law.

Tony is a member of the Law Society's Children Panel.  His work includes him representing parents, grandparents, children and Children's Guardians during the course of public law proceedings which means he is regularly appearing in court representing his clients.  Tony also deals with all other areas of family law including disputes over residence and contact, divorce and financial and property issues arising from divorce proceedings, separation agreements, pre-nuptial agreements and the preparation of civil partnerships.  He also deals with co-habitee disputes.

Tony lives near Newton Abbot and is a keen hockey player.

Tony is a recognised leader in his field by Chambers UK 2011 which says of him: "Tony Wood deals with all aspects of family work with an emphasis on the representations of parents, children and guardians in public law proceedings.
