We have two types of expertise; one revolves around a type of work, and the other around business sectors.
In work types we are particularly strong in child care clinical negligence claims against the medical profession (involving what are sometimes very severe injuries); child care cases where we are independently rated as one of the six leading family firms in the South West and generally act for the Children's Guardian; charity law where we have a very long association with charities of all kinds; equestrian law; and finally employment law where we regularly appear in tribunals and offer our clients a unique fixed fee advice service.
