Training contracts

Training contracts are overseen by a partner with special responsibility for trainees within the firm. All trainee solicitors cover at least 3 and often 4 major areas of law and if there is an area in which they ultimately wish to specialise, they may return to that for their final seat.

Our trainees receive day to day supervision from a designated partner who appraises the experience gained and progress made. Trainee solicitors attend the professional skills course which is organised and financed by the firm.
