Practical advice on the spot from a fast response, partner led team is what our clients encounter when they ring for advice.  Many clients take advantage of our EASY service, paying an annual all-in fee for open access to the team any day of the week.  For clients who do not subscribe to EASY, we will always discuss alternatives to paying on an hourly basis, including fixed and capped fees and payment by results.

We deal with all aspects of employment law and regularly represent employers in Courts and Tribunals. 

Regular contact with those clients who subscribe to an advice package allows us to get under the skin of the organisation.  Our philosophy is as far from the one size fits all approach of most of the packaged employment services on offer as it is possible to get.  When we prepare your contracts, policies and procedures, we make sure that they are tailored to the needs of your business - and you would be surprised how different businesses can be on the inside whilst seeming quite similar to outsiders.

Our strong links with certain business sectors have given us a special understanding of their particular needs.  This adds value to our service to clients in those sectors and is an advantage upon which we are constantly building.

Because we present seminars throughout the year on employment law topics, publish our own newsletter (and yes, it is written by us - not bought in), bulletins and e-newsflashes and because the team are constantly responding to telephone calls from EASY subscribers on the widest range of "employment" topics you can imagine, our expertise is solid and right up to date.  For our clients, that makes it efficient and cost effective.  They receive the quality of advice available from much larger firms without paying high hourly rates.
