We are currently recruiting for the following posts:

• Position Commercial Property Solicitor
• Location Exeter
• Department Commercial
• Hours Full time (36.25 per week)
• Experience 5 years PQE plus

Working as part of our commercial property team you will deal with a range of commercial property work in those areas where we have, and are developing, an acknowledged expertise including residential parks, holiday and leisure parks, property companies, developers, private businesses, charities and schools, registered social landlords, local and public authorities, investors and banks.

Experience in the corporate aspects of property work (share purchase agreements) will be a distinct advantage.
