New head at the helm of Tozers family law team

Well known local family law solicitor, Tracy Lambert,  has taken over the reins from Patrick Towey to become head of the family department at Tozers LLP. 

Mrs Lambert, a partner in the firm, has been with Tozers since 1993 and is keen to take the department forward and build on what is an already established and committed team.  She says: "The  strength of our specialist team in South Devon lies in our ability to deal sensitively and proficiently with a wide range of family problems."

She is also keen to emphasise the accessibility and expertise of her department and comments: "Tozers has a fully trained team specialising in collaborative law, we have members of the Law Society Children and Family panels and we work to the stringent standards set down by Resolution.  The size and expertise of the team also means that there are sufficient experienced lawyers to provide a quality advice service, which is particularly relevant when clients need access to legal advice and representation as a matter of urgency."
