Stuart Bramley of Tozers comments on this matter.  "Tozers clinical negligence team are currently acting for the parents of Zak Hessey concerning allegations he was removed from their care by social services.  This course of action occurred following what may have been negligent advice from a paediatrician charged with his care, at the Chesterfield Royal Hospital.  Thankfully, Zak is now back with his parents, however, the four months that they were apart was unbearable for all concerned."
