Specialist medical negligence solicitor, and partner at Tozers LLP, Stuart Bramley has been appointed to the Law Society's prestigious Clinical Negligence Panel.
The Law Society's prestigious Clinical Negligence Panel is an accreditation scheme for lawyers who have demonstrated their experience and knowledge in handling the delicate complexities of clinical negligence law. Stuart has a particular interest in infection and fatal accident claims and is also a highly experienced inquest advocate, having appeared at over 200 coroners' inquests.
Head of Tozers LLP's clinical negligence team and fellow Panel member, Tim Dyde, said he was delighted that Stuart had been recognised in this way: "I am very proud to announce that Stuart has achieved this distinction, having fulfilled the intensive assessment programme which is required and becoming the fourth team member now on the Panel. This endorses our reputation as one of the strongest medical negligence firms in the South West."
Tozers, which has offices in Exeter, Teignmouth, Newton Abbot, and Plymouth, specialises in claims for birth injuries and has recovered substantial damages on behalf of clients with cerebral palsy and Erb's palsy, including a settlement of £6.5million last month for a client with cerebral palsy.
