Tozers LLP has promoted litigation specialist Stephen Jennings to partner.
Stephen read law at Cambridge and trained in the City of London before joining Tozers to develop his employment and general litigation expertise. He advises on a wide range of employment issues, including contracts of employment, restructuring and redundancies, disciplinary and grievance procedures and all other employment-related matters. Stephen has an active caseload of employment tribunal claims and has presented various seminars on employment-related matters.He particularly enjoys helping employers to comply with their legal obligations before tribunal claims arrive. Stephen's practice also encompasses a wide range of high value civil litigation matters including general contract/commercial, building and property disputes as well as non-contentious contract drafting.
