Tozers saves Torquay night club licence

A Torbay night club found its licence at risk when the police sought review because it had been promoting all you can drink for £6!

Although the police did not seek removal of the premises' licence, the licensing committee took a much harder line and our licensing expert Graham Bond had to fight very hard to save the client's licence and business.
