Mother of 4 lost to cervical cancer

Stuart Bramley, partner at Tozers LLP solicitors, is helping Serena Hawkes’ family seek damages of more than £300,000. Her family has accused the Poole Hospital NHS Foundation Trust of negligence in respect of Mrs Hawkes’ smear test in 2000. Serena was told that this smear test was normal when it actually showed a large number of abnormalities.
