Of his move, he said: " Tozers is very much focussed on clients' needs ; it combines a forward thinking approach with traditional values and I am looking forward to being a part of the firm's expansion plans."

Rachel specialises in planning and highways law. She has had experience with both local authorities and private practice, working for public and private sector clients throughout the South West.

Head of Commercial at Tozers, Richard Thorneycroft, says: "These are very exciting times for Tozers – we are continuing to grow, not only in terms of increased personnel but also premises and facilities: we have recently moved into another floor at our Exeter premises and launched our new website in March this year. 2010 marks our 25th year in Exeter; we have expanded significantly since 1985 and our success is a measure of the hard work of the partners and staff of Tozers."
