Stuart Bramley comments on this story: "Unfortunately Tozers is increasingly being instructed to investigate claims involving a failure to diagnose Deep Vein Thrombosis. It is vital that Deep Vein Thrombosis is diagnosed early and treated in order to prevent Pulmonary Emboli developing which can prove fatal. Sadly this did not occur in this tragic case. Tozers has significant experience in acting for individuals and their families in Deep Vein Thrombosis and Pulmonary Emboli (a clot breaking away and travelling to the lungs) clinical negligence cases. We are also able to act for families at inquests should it be required".
