Parents win case over claims they starved their son

Stuart Bramley, Partner in the clinical negligence team at Tozers LLP comments on the article concerning his clients:"It is a huge relief for the Hesseys that Zak has been returned to them and that the case against Zak's parents has now been discontinued. Tozers are now investigating if the circumstances that led to Zak being removed from his family were negligent".
