Stuart Bramley of Tozers clinical negligence team provides a link to the Epsom Guardian article concerning his client Imogen Carter.
It is extremely satisfying for Imogen and her parents that the hospital has admitted negligence in this matter and has apologised for the error that led to Imogen contracting the Group B strep virus. Fortunately Imogen has made a full recovery from this horrendous infection and the compensation she has received will compensate her for the pain and suffering she endured. Group B Strep is a devastating virus and can led to brain damage and even death when contracted by infants during childbirth."
