Mr Jones's solicitor, Stuart Bramley (partner in the medical negligence team at Tozers), said: "Geoff Jones has been devastated by Kay's death and he has lost not only a wife but also a business partner. I am co-operating with the health bodies involved and their solicitors in looking into this further. I hope that the legal process may bring some small comfort to Kay's family and allow them to move on."
