Solicitors write Wills for free to raise money for Hospiscare

From the 16th to the 20th of May Tozers' Succession Planning Team are offering to prepare simple Wills free of charge for Hospiscare supporters. Hospiscare would invite those who to participate in this scheme to make a donation to the charity in recognition of the work undertaken on their behalf. The suggested minimum donation is £70 for a single Will and £110 for a pair of mirror Wills for spouses or partners and £40 for a Codicil. Donations can be subject to gift aid.

If your Will is complex or if you wish to establish ongoing trusts under your Will or you require specialist advice then Tozers will make a separate charge for the additional work undertaken. We will let you know in advance if your Will is not simple and will agree an additional charge with you before undertaking work on your behalf.

Now in its fifth year, previous Will Weeks have proved very successful. Hospiscare provides dedicated support and care to the terminally ill and their families in Exeter, Mid and East Devon. 70% of Hospiscare's funding comes from the local community. By participating in Hospiscare Will Week you can give vital support to Hospiscare and help them to carry on caring for local people at a difficult time.
