The Homes and Communities Agency has now published the Framework Delivery Agreements - contracts for individual associations and consortiums to deliver affordable homes under the 2011-2015 National Affordable Homes Programme. For housing associations eager to move forward with re-letting void properties on affordable rent tenancies, or to access grant funding for development of affordable homes, signing the contract should be top of their priority list!.
