Have you got a caravan or mobile home on your park that the owners don't want? Has it been abandoned or do you simply want a caravan to be removed? Sometimes the costs of getting the caravan off the park can be more than it would be worth if sold, so customers leave them on the park and expect the park owner to deal with them. These can be unsightly and more importantly take up a pitch or plot which the park owner could otherwise collect pitch fee or "ground rent" from.
There are some steps you can take to get rid of caravans that are left on your park, whether your park is a holiday park or residential. There can even be opportunity to get back what it costs you to get rid of the caravan, or to get back money owed to you from the customer in unpaid pitch fees. You do need to be careful though - in some cases being too hasty or not following the right steps could end up with you having to pay the former customer or resident large sums of money.
