Last Minute Cancellations?

Have you had touring customers or campers cancel at the last minute? Did they simply not turn up, or did they leave earlier than expected? Have they demanded their money back, or did they not pay you in the first place?

If they have cancelled, or just didn't turn up, it is quite possible that you can keep money they paid you, or you could be entitled to demand the whole amount for their stay. But to be able to do that, you must make sure that the agreement you have with the customer has an adequate cancellation policy or deals with situations where they don't turn up, and that the agreement is entered into in the right way – timing is crucial!
