Residential Property Tribunal Appeals

If you have been to the Residential Property Tribunal (RPT) either bringing an application (or claim) against a resident, or if a resident has made an application against you, and you do not like or do not agree with the decision of the RPT then you only have 21 days from the date of the RPT decision to request an appeal to the "Upper Tribunal (Lands Chamber)".

It is crucial not to miss that deadline otherwise the decision of the RPT will stand and you will be stuck with that decision.

General information about the Upper Tribunal (Lands Chamber) and the processes can be found at www.justice.gov.uk but for information about your particular case telephone Jenny Renshaw or Kirstie Apps on 01392 207020 or email This e-mail address is being protected from spambots.
