Hot topics (and interesting cases)

Like a spring lamb our seminar will romp you through the operational pitfalls of all these issues and give you the knowledge and confidence to deal with them efficiently and fairly. We will also take you through some interesting recent cases which identify key points in a practical way. We will cover topics such as:
as well as any interesting cases which arrive in our inbox between now and the seminars.
And finally we will discuss the recent and imminent changes to legislation such as the increase to the qualifying period for unfair dismissal.
