ELF appoints Tozers LLP

Exeter Leukaemia Fund (ELF) is delighted to announce that Tozers Solicitors have been chosen to provide legal advice and assistance to the charity on a retained basis for the next 3 years, starting September 2012.

"Following a decision to review the provision of legal services, the charity invited a number of firms to tender. Tozers' proposal was clear, tailored to the needs of ELF and identified avenues to explore. In addition, the firm has supported the charity over a number of years in a variety of ways, which will continue. All in all, an obvious strategic and cultural fit." said Dale Edwards, Chief Executive of ELF.

Tozers, whose roots can be traced back to 1785, is now a large regional firm of solicitors with its main office in Exeter, supported by branch offices in Newton Abbot and Teignmouth. With 21 partners and 46 lawyers, Tozers has a wealth of experience in many sectors of law.

Tozers will make a Will for free in return for a donation to ELF's funds to assist in ELF's fundraising efforts. This scheme, whereby Tozers offers to waive its fee for simple Wills and instead invites donations to ELF, is something that the firm offers throughout the year and has been doing so for a number of years to support ELF.
