Members of our Business Services Team have worked for several “Magic Circle” City law firms in London, Hong Kong and Australia in the corporate, banking, investment funds and financial services fields and so have a wealth of experience and expertise to call upon.

In addition, Matthew Jackson, a partner in our Business Services Team, was previously head of the London Legal Department at Baring Asset Management and so has extensive in-house experience which enables him to consider issues from the client’s viewpoint.
