Tim Dyde is a partner and head of the medical negligence team and conducts all types of medical negligence cases.  He specialises in claims for children, including cerebral palsy, Erb's palsy, misdiagnosis of cancer, fatal accident claims and psychiatric injury cases.  He also advises on the duties of local authorities in relation to statements of special educational needs for children and young people, as well as their duties to provide care and assistance both within clients own homes and in local authority accommodation. 

In addition to being a solicitor, Tim is a fully-qualified Registered General Nurse, having years of experience in major London teaching hospitals which has given him a valuable insight into medical negligence cases.

Tim has built up one of the region's most successful medical negligence teams and the firm now acts for clients in the South-West and nationally.  He is also a member of the specialist Law Society's Clinical Negligence Panel and the firm is a member of AvMA, a charity which has a key role in championing patients' interests

Tony Mills is a partner and has over 20 years' experience in injury work and undertakes a broad range of cases including fatal accidents, birth injuries, inappropriate accident and emergency treatment as well as surgical and GP negligence.  He also deals in injuries arising as a result of child abuse, inappropriate professional standards and accidents at work.  He is a member of the specialist Law Society Personal Injury Panel APIL; the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers and of ACAL the Association of Child Abuse Lawyers.  

Endurance Arthur is a partner and a highly experienced medical negligence specialist with a degree in physiology.  Endurance is also a member of the Law Society's Clinical Negligence Panel.  She handles all types of medical negligence work and has a particular interest in brachial plexus palsy, cerebral palsy, delay in diagnosis and treatment of cancers, gynaecology, cardiac surgery and neurological injuries.

Stuart Bramley is a partner and has specialised in medical law and medical negligence claims for 14 years, has worked for both claimant and defendant firms and therefore has an invaluable insight into how the opponent thinks.  He handles a wide variety of claims with a particular interest in fatal accident cases and infection claims, including MRSA.

Stuart has appeared as an advocate in over 200 coroners' inquests and is one of the most experienced inquest advocates in England and Wales.  He is a member of the pressure group "Inquest" which campaigns for change in coronial law.

Clair Hemming is an associate solicitor and has a specialist interest in birth related claims, particularly brachial plexus injuries (Erb's palsy), spinal injuries and claims concerning delays in diagnosis of cancer.  Clair acts for a large number of children and young adult claimants.

Amy Newcombe has been a paralegal with Tozers since graduating in law in 2002.  She specialises in clinical negligence work, particularly children's claims with a special interest in Erb's palsy and cerebral palsy.

Oliver Thorne is training to become a legal executive and specialises in clinical negligence. Oliver joined Tozers in 2006 and has developed an interest in Erb's palsy and cerebral palsy claims. Oliver also has experience of personal injury claims.   

Susan Turner is training to become a legal executive and specialises in personal injury and industrial disease.  Since moving to Tozers in 2007 she undertakes work in child sexual abuse claims against local authorities, along with work in personal injury and clinical negligence.

Vanessa Tomlinson is a paralegal who graduated in law in 2002 and has subsequently successfully completed the Legal Practice Course.   Vanessa specialises in clinical negligence and undertakes a range of work including children's birth injuries, delayed diagnosis of cancer, and fatal accident claims.
