1. acting for a large holiday park operator on the sale to Regency Park Homes Limited for an undisclosed sum of 15 residential parks and a former touring park, located in Gloucestershire
2. advising Oliver Sweeney, a luxury men’s footwear designer, on the sale of his business to a venture capital firm under which he retained the brand name and continued his role in the business as designer
3. advising the shareholders on the sale of a food machinery manufacturer
4. acting for the purchaser of a property development company
5. acting for the management teams on several management buy-outs
6. acting for the investor or investee company on a range of equity investments in high-tech start-up companies
