Our Department of Environment, Energy and Planning (DEEP) is made up of a team of very special modern-day lawyers, using their experience dynamically and pro-actively to help your business progress and develop in the right way. DEEP will advise your business on all aspects of environmental, energy and planning law and we will make sure you don't fall foul of environmental legislation (for example: the Environmental Damage (Prevention & Remediation) Regulations 2009, which came into force in March 2009 and apply to all businesses). We will also take you through the process and deal with all documentation in applying for renewable energy grants to help you fund new green initiatives.

For clients who do not subscribe to DEEP GREEN, we will always discuss alternatives to paying on an hourly basis, including fixed and capped fees and payment by results.

DEEP stays on top of the latest developments in the law, practice and governmental policy to ensure that our expertise is current and up-to-date. We present seminars throughout the year on environmental, energy and planning issues. We also publish our own newsletter and e-newsflashes.
