Graham Bond is a partner in and the chairman of the firm, having joined in 1971. He is a specialist family practitioner with many years' experience of the financial consequences of family breakdown both within and outside of marriage.

Graham is an accredited specialist and also recently has become a trained collaborative family lawyer through Resolution and seeks to put those principles and that approach into all his family work.  He is recognised in Chambers Guide to the Legal Profession as "a skilled professional with a very good attitude". 

Graham lives in Teignmouth where he is chief executive of the Harbour Authority and his interests revolve around the sea and river - quite often from his beach hut!  Graham is actively engaged in the local community through the League of Friends, Re-generation committee, and a number of local clubs.

Tracy Lambert joined Tozers in 1993 having qualified as a solicitor in 1989.  She is a partner and head of the family department.  She has specialist knowledge of Public Law Children Act cases and is a member of the Law Society's Children Panel routinely acting for children in care proceedings.  As a qualified collaborative lawyer she is keen to build and develop this new area of work.  She is currently acting for both private clients and a local authority.

Tracy is a member of Resolution and the Association of Lawyers for Children and her main areas of work are: care cases, contact and residence disputes, divorce, collaborative law financial and property issues arising on separation, pre-nuptial agreements, civil partnerships, and adoption.   

Patrick Towey joined Tozers in 1987 having qualified as a solicitor in 1985.  He is a partner and specialist family practitioner and was formerly Head of the Family Department, carrying out that role for over 7 years during which period Tozers Family Department expanded greatly and became and continued to remain recognised in Chambers Directory and the Legal 500 as a division one department for family law.

Patrick is a Resolution accredited specialist with particular specialism in advanced financial provision and domestic abuse.  He is also a trained collaborative family lawyer through Resolution. He is named in the Legal 500 as having a "general family practice".

Patrick lives in Torquay and is married with three children.  He graduated in law at Sheffield University and completed his training contract in Manchester having spent his formative years in the North West of England.

Patrick is an experienced family lawyer highly regarded by his colleagues and peers and his main areas of work are divorce and separation with a particular expertise in financial issues arising from that, private law children work, domestic violence, cohabitation and prenuptial agreements.

Julie Shrimpton is a partner with over 25 years experience, having specialised in children work for many years.  She is a member of the Law Society's Children Panel and acts for children and parents, with previous experience of local authority work.

Julie has been recognised as a leader in her field by Chambers Guide to the Legal Profession for many years.

Andrew Dodd joined Tozers in 1996 and has worked in Torquay, Exeter and now Plymouth where he has been based since the office opened in May 1998.

Andrew has built a strong reputation as a specialist in childcare law and is listed as one of the South West's leading practitioners, as nominated by other practitioners, in the current edition of Chambers Guide to the Legal Profession.  Andrew represents parents, children, Children's Guardians, grandparents and other family members during the course of Public Law Proceedings involving Social Services  departments.  He acts in adoption cases and disputes between parents about their children and has experience of representing local authorities.  He was appointed an associate in 1999 and became a partner in 2002.

He is a member of Resolution (formerly the Solicitor's Family Law Association), the Association of Lawyers for Children and has been a member of the Law Society's Children Panel since 1999.

Ian Walker is a partner who joined Tozers in 1999.  He is a member of the Law Society Children Panel and has been treasurer of Devon Resolution for the past three years.  He is an accredited Resolution mediator and a fully trained collaborative lawyer as well as having been the first solicitor in Exeter to gain accreditation under Resolution's Accredited Specialist scheme in the specialist categories of matrimonial finance and children. 

Ian represents clients in a broad range of family work, including representing children and adults in care proceedings brought by local authorities, the resolution of complex financial disputes arising from divorce, and representing parents and children in contact and residence proceedings and also injunction proceedings.  Ian is an active mediator and committed to resolving cases through negotiation.

In 2002 Ian was one of six solicitors in Exeter who took part in the pre pilot and pilot of the Legal Services Commission Family Advice and Information Networks Project (FAINs).  The project developed over its period and was subject to independent research into the practice of family law.

A keen runner and member of the Axe Valley Runners, Ian lives in East Devon with his wife and four children.  Much of his leisure time is spent transporting his children between their activities but he still makes time to play chess with his son and take part in challenging events such as the Grizzly and the Taunton Marathon.

Tony Wood is a Partner who joined Tozers in 2002.  He qualified as a solicitor in 1988 and since that time has specialised as a Family Practitioner dealing with all aspects of family law.

Tony is a member of the Law Society's Children Panel and a member of the Law Society's Family Law Panel.  His work includes him representing parents, grandparents, children and Childrens Guardians during the course of Public Law Proceedings which means he is regularly appearing in court representing his clients.  Tony also deals with all other areas of family law including disputes over residence and contact, divorce and financial and property issues arising from divorce proceedings, separation agreements, pre-nuptial agreements and the preparation of civil partnerships.  He also deals with co-habitee disputes.

Tony lives in Plymouth where he was born and is a keen hockey player playing for Tavistock Hockey Club whom he currently captains. 

Annemarie Richardson is an associate solicitor who specialises in divorce and cohabitation cases including handling financial issues which occur when relationships break down. She is a Resolution accredited specialist on the issue of children and finances and deals with private law contact and residence disputes.  Annemarie also deals with domestic violence work and understands the importance of a sympathetic and speedy response to clients requiring help with this sensitive issue.  She is also fully trained as a collaborative lawyer.

Annemarie was brought up in Plymouth and joined the Plymouth office upon qualification in September 2001. She is a keen musician and pianist, having read music at university as her first degree.
