We are used to negotiating options and conditional contracts, planning agreements, road and sewer adoption agreements as well as advising on planning and environmental issues. We can help ensure that you acquire all necessary rights of way and services, so that you can develop the plot and avoid falling foul of any user restrictions or contamination issues.

We also offer a plot sales service which is very competitively priced with a fixed fee for set up work and a fixed fee per plot regardless of value, with no fees on abortive sales. This is offered as a stand alone service (where we were not involved in the site acquisition) or in conjunction with our site acquisition and development service.

We act for numerous institutional land owners, such as Devon & Cornwall Police Authority, and are used to assisting them in maximising value from their land banks. This expertise enables us to assist other property owners in the disposal of potential development land whether by private treaty, auction, and formal or informal tender.
