Jason (Hobday)is currently working with us one day a month for six months. The arrangement has been made so that Tozers and Yarlington get a working knowledge of each other prior to Yarlington’s review of solicitor services in 2011.

Jason has excellent training skills confirmed by the very positive feedback from staff after sessions on Abandonment, Assignment and Succession and Managing different Occupancy agreements.  During his next visits he will be running sessions on mental health and ASB, Bankruptcy, IVA’s and debt recovery and small claims.

He gives very practical advice on other legal matters in a ‘plain English’ style.  He is happy to be contacted at other times outside of our agreed six days to give help where he can.  He has been particularly helpful with a query we have with witness statements used by our debt team.
