Unauthorised camping

Static caravans overlook the sea. Mobile home and holiday parks

The summer season is fast approaching. With the Met Office saying it is possible that 2016 will be one of the warmest years yet, holiday parks are preparing for a busy time!

One summer season problem can be unauthorised camping. Whilst prevention is always the best cure, if the worst happens we are here to help with prompt recovery of your land. You must use due legal process. This may involve proceedings in the County Court but sometimes help is also available from Police and Local Authority under the Criminal Justice and Public Order Act 1994.

Any trespass on a park must be handled swiftly but also carefully to avoid a compensation claim against the park. We think it is vital to take legal advice before acting.
