Updated Guidance on Consumer Rights Act 2015



As Park Owners will know the Consumer Rights Act 2015 came into force on 1 October 2015 and it is very important to ensure that your documentation ensures you treat your customers fairly and complies with the consumer rights legislation.

The Competition and Markets Authority (“the CMA”) has updated its guidance which covers it enforcement powers and which can be found here.
